Our recruiting process is fully comprehensive, transparent and competent. We use proven and networked tools and, as headhunters, have an excellent nationwide and international network in the fashion retail sector.

We organize and moderate the complete application process for you. Our fee models are fair and based on the individual needs of the client.

We systematically analyze the industry and the respective location as well as the competitive environment with the personnel and structural changes in the market. We know the locations personally, are regularly on site with our competent Flächenhelden team and have a good feeling for the right types and characters. We understand the professional context of the vacancy to be filled and can empathize and feel for the person.

As headhunters, we find creative solutions and ways and involve all candidates in question. We inquire about the willingness and motivation to change jobs and check the professional social and character qualities individually in an expert interview. Our client then receives a comprehensive candidate profile in which he can read all relevant information about the person such as curriculum vitae, salary, availability and professional type description.

We are the constant companion at the side of the client and the candidate. From the approach and the selection of the right candidates as well as the presentation and moderation of the application process, scheduling, travel planning of the presentation appointments up to the rejection and ideally accompaniment into the new employment contract.

The integration support of the companies and the applicants in the first six months is a matter of course for us and is part of the service package.
